The wonderful Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis is located just South of downtown. Soulard is a wonderful please to live and is a diverse community with a number of excellent restaurants, bars, and the Historic Soulard Farmer's Market. The neighborhood also plays host to the town's extravagant Mardi Gras celebration each year.
